Not many cosplayers have the daring do to take on the gravity defying Goblin Queen aka Madelyn Pryor costume.  Belle Chere took no prisoners and boldly as evil Queen of darkness.  I was not at the show(s) where she wore this but my guess is that she stole the show.

While it may get overlooked Belle Chere's costume is an exacting copy of the comic costume of the Goblin Queen and includes her cape and ruby amulet.
